Here are the rules for all user accounts. Please read thoroughly.
• your application must be approved by a staff member before you post IC
• you may not control another user's character (choosing what they say or do through your post)
• you may not kill off another character without their owner's permission
• no power playing. this means your character cannot be immortal or superior. They can get hurt, they are not all knowing. they cannot read minds
• you must post an 'exit' warning somewhere in your post in order to have your character leave a thread
•you may not create threads
• no hyper posting. Try to wait for everyone to get a chance to post, however, we do not use a posting order
• we do not use liquid thread. Your character may only be present in one thread at a time
• personality changes do not happen overnight. If your character is shy, do not have them welcome every new character they meet. If your character is flirtatious, do not have them back away into a corner because they are shy, and so on
• describe your character the way you had in your application when: appearance, personality, history, etc
• minimal cursing is allowed, but using phrases such as "He muttered a curse," or "She yelled a curse, more than likely surprising her hunting partner as well as the deer," is much more encouraged.
• posting templates are not free to use. Members with special permission may use them. This is to prevent confusion to new members with the mass amount of templates
• rank changes will be discussed OOC, then put into place IC
• you must fill out a litter form in order for your character to have a litter
• please use the words "If", "Hopefully", "If Successful", etc. Your character will not be successful in every move, and this gives other users a chance to dodge your attack.
• use appropriate stamina and body size when battling. A larger and stronger wolf will be more easily exhausted than a smaller wolf
• a lower ranking wolf may challenge the word of one higher than them, but more than likely, other wolves will put the lower rank in their place
• 100 word minimum IC posting
• use proper grammer; capitalize starts of sentences, 'I's, and proper names and places
• please use proper punctuation
Violation of these rules will result in an action staff deem appropriate.
